Beagle Puppy Beach Run Handcrafted Resin Wood Mini Tray Art, Grey Wood Keepsake Dog Portrait Catchall, Hound Lover Desk Decor

About this piece

The Story Behind the Piece There are few moments of pure, unadulterated happiness quite like a dog running free along an open shore. This piece captures the spirited energy of a tri-color Beagle puppy sprinting across a sunlit, sandy beach. With long hound ears flapping in the ocean breeze, paws kicking up sand, and bright, curious eyes locked ahead, this little runner embodies the infectious thrill of outdoor adventure and untamed curiosity. Set against the muted, calming palette of coastal sands, shallow tidal edges, and organic ribbons of sea drift, the scene brings a relaxed warmth into any living space. The photograph is permanently embedded beneath a high-gloss, crystal-clear layer of artisan epoxy resin within a beautifully proportioned wooden tray frame. This deep liquid-glass pour creates a stunning visual depth—making the sand appear wet and lifelike while the puppy seems poised to leap right out of the frame. Finished with scalloped silhouette handles and a soft charcoal-grey wash, this unique item functions equally as fine art and functional decorative craft, offering a timeless keepsake that celebrates the unbreakable bond between dogs and the outdoors. Artisanal Craftsmanship & How It’s Made Each tray is individually shaped, sealed, and finished by hand through a meticulous multi-step process combining traditional carpentry with modern resin artistry: Custom Woodcrafting: The piece begins with natural timber crafted into a handled rectangular tray featuring gently scalloped side grips. The wood is meticulously sanded smooth and hand-finished in a sophisticated, matte slate-grey wash that softens the natural grain while lending a clean, contemporary coastal aesthetic. Archival Art Preparation: The fine-art beach puppy scene is printed using professional-grade, lightfast pigment inks on premium acid-free archival substrate, ensuring colors never fade, yellow, or wash out over time. The print is securely affixed and airtight-sealed to the interior floor of the tray to prevent edge lift or discoloration. The Resin Flood Coat: Ultra-clear, UV-resistant art resin is measured, hand-blended, and poured directly across the bed of the tray. A careful heat pass eliminates micro-bubbles, yielding a glossy, mirror-smooth liquid finish with striking clarity. Curing & Quality Finish: The piece cures inside a temperature-regulated, dust-controlled environment for multiple days. The fully hardened resin forms an impermeable barrier that protects the artwork against dust, spills, moisture, and daily handling. Who This Piece Is For Beagle & Hound Admirers: A charming treasure for Beagle owners, hound enthusiasts, and puppy lovers who cherish the playful zest of the breed. Coastal & Beach Decor Enthusiasts: Perfect for seaside cottages, lake houses, or anyone who loves coastal elements blended with canine art.
