How It's Made Consultation & Preparation: We work with your submitted pet photograph, scaling, cropping, and optimizing the image to ensure the portrait looks striking within the tray's layout. Woodworking & Assembly: Raw wood boards are measured, cut, and assembled into a custom mini tray structure with integrated handle cutouts, then finished with your choice of stain or paint and lightly distressed for a rustic touch. It self-levels into a brilliant, protective glass-like layer that magnificently magnifies the depth and color of your pet's image.
